With over three decades of experience in the construction industry, I, Frank Alvarez, am a seasoned professional specializing in home building, community development, real estate investment, and general contracting. Since 1990, I have dedicated myself to serving clients in Southern California, guiding them towards their homeownership dreams with expert advice and exceptional customer service.

For the past 15 years, I've been deeply involved in revitalizing local communities as a General Contractor, renovating and remodeling distressed properties to maintain and enhance property values. My efforts in building homes and developing land have significantly contributed to the growth and prosperity of Southern California cities, reflecting my commitment to providing affordable housing solutions.

Throughout my career, I've excelled in various roles, including realtor, real estate investor, general manger, project manager, certified renovator, developer, and owner of a successful real estate office. As a four-time C-21 Centurion and recipient of C-21 customer service awards, my expertise, and professionalism are widely recognized in the industry.

Beyond my professional achievements, I'm deeply committed to my family and community. As President and CEO of Pro Renovation Enterprises Inc., Pro Star Solar, and General Manager of Pro Star Builderz, as well as owner of Alvarez Investments Group, I lead innovative ventures in the construction and renewable energy sectors. As a real estate consultant and realtor for 34 years, I've helped countless individuals and families find their ideal homes.

My greatest joy comes from being a loving husband and father to my three children, Michael, Amanda, and Angelica.
